The main aim of this application is to provide a convenient and consistent platform for Customers to perform self-service functions such as viewing their accounts and services, managing their opt-in products, manage multiple services/products/accounts linked their primary accounts, view and make payments on their account(s) balances, recharge or top-up their airtime/data as well as redeem airtime/data bundle vouchers.

The company embarked on an initiative to enable the self-service engine with new online renewal and tariff change capability for consumer and small business customers. This capability enables them to move from existing legacy products to new products without affecting their base contracts.

Inventory Management System
​
A unified parts inventory management system was created to help automate the process, where supervisors can capture the part inventories in bulk on the system using a scanning device which will be immediately visible to all technicians and supervisors on the system. When the technicians or supervisors searches for a part, consolidated search results are returned on the screen from all known suppliers (DOP stores, supervisors and other external parts systems etc.).

GIS Work Task Location
​
A Work Task Location System was created as part of the Portal which pulls work tasks information assigned to a successfully authenticated technician. Once the technician is successfully authorized against the returned work tasks, the system makes a call to the Geographic Information System (GIS Software) to plot the technician’s assigned work task locations on the GIS map using the GPS coordinates and presents an overview of their assigned tasks and the task locations / distances.

Provided Bank with 24/7 Oracle Database Support for their Corporate and Investment Banking area.

Data Management
The requirement was to provide 24/7 Oracle Database support of Core, Mobile, Internet Banking environments to the Banks 17 African countries.

Integration & Migration
​
The client purchased other brokerage and fund admin companies. The data had to be migrated from the acquired systems to the core systems used by the client. Designed, built and run the integration software while maintaining support of systems.
